Bondi Junction

This existing 1900’s semi-detached dwelling was demolished except for the front room where the ornate ceiling and stain glass windows were maintained. The dwelling was modernised and a first floor constructed. The front of the dwelling maintained the gable roof structures respecting the built form and streetscape while the rear was a complete contrast with contemporary cladding and detail. The work involved extensive detailing and interior design.
