Dover Heights

This existing two storey dwelling was in a state of disrepair when purchased and was sited toward the rear of the site. The work involved maintaining some elements of the existing house but was essentially a new two storey modern home. The house was sited forward to the existing established building line. The nature of the sloping site created a split level design enabling harbour views to be achieved at the first floor level at the front.
