This existing one storey terrace house was reconfigured and extended at the ground floor level. The first floor addition was setback behind the primary ridge and incorporated a dormer window to the street resulting in an unobtrusive addition in the context of the heritage conservation streetscape. Due to the orientation of the property the first floor was designed to minimally overshadow the adjoining property. The front of the dwelling was brought back to its original condition complete with bullnose roof and wrought iron fencing.
