North Bondi

This dwelling was a duplex with two bedroom dwellings on two levels. Maintaining the existing foot print the building was converted into one dwelling. Due to the nature of the site a lift was installed to provide access to both levels as well as to the roof space which was to become a room with a roof deck providing access to the garden located at the top of the site. The work involved extensive interior design and detailing.
